Shapeshifter ~ Therapeutic Massage

The Shapeshifter experience is a slow and gentle approach to a therapeutic massage. Kelli combines calming strategies with therapeutic techniques, which allows your nervous system to feel safe enough to release stuck tissues. Rather than forcing and fighting against density in the body that has most likely been building up over a long period of time, this approach provides your body with the stimulus it needs to release on it’s own. Myofasical massage combined with myofasical release maneuvers, trigger point and acupressure point holds, as well as gentle stretching make up the Shapeshifter offering.
